The Barn overlooks the River Lambourn which is a Special Scientific Interest Chalk Stream which rises in the village of Lambourn. There is also a gastro pub and active village hall and is close to the local shops in Lambourn. It is conveniently located for access to the M4 at junction 14 (5 miles) and for train services to London via Hungerford ( 8 miles ).
