Grant was absolutely exceptional for us and our move. His attention to every little detail makes all the difference to the whole stressful experience of moving. Firstly his photos of the sale property are prepared which huge care and thought as to how best to market your home (including using his drone to get some really cool ariel shots) then throughout his does what many businesses fail to do... Which is to actually deliver on his promises, if grant tells you he will do something, he does it, no fuss, no chasing, stuff just gets done. Super refreshing.We even ended up buying a house he had on his books when he sold ours which was equally excellent. He is very responsive, a great communicator and honest, it to mention he has an encyclopedic knowledge of Swindon and an excellent network of contacts. I couldn't recommend him highly enough, a modern straightforward estate agent for a modern housing market. Don't look anywhere else.

I have used Grant’s service to sell my property, he helped my neighbor to sell their property at a very good price, and my neighbor highly recommended him to me. We instructed Grant in December 2020, and the house went on the market in early January. The speed of subsequent events says everything about how good this man is at his job - the house went on Rightmove on the Wednesday, there were 3 viewings on Thursday and by that night we had an offer comfortably over the asking price as the buyer was keen to kill off any competition. We exchanged contracts by 15 February and completed by 1st March. Everything went really smoothly, Grant and his glamorous assistant Avril were always on hand to assist with queries, pass on messages from one side to the other and could not have been more helpful. Other estate agents promise the world but don't deliver. Grant delivers. Instruct the best, forget the rest!

Grant and Avril were amazing at keeping us in the loop without being prompted and helping us secure our desired moving date. Very professional and all Covid safety measures adhered to.

I was dubious to come out to a second estate agent but actually the experience was worlds apart. Grant is very knowledgeable and genuinely tries to impart his wisdom, he’s also clearly passionate about what he does. Whilst I wasn’t sure of Grant at first he won me over through his amazing communication at all hours (which suited me with my busy job) and his flexibility to communicate via what’s app in voice note etc so nothing gets misconstrued. I found his pricing very competitive, his approach very honest and overall I now don’t think I’d ever go anywhere else. I highly recommend Grant Fraser Town & County as they went above and beyond what most estate agents do in communicating and helping sort the issues we had with our chain to make sure the purchase was completed in time. Unlike some larger estate agents they were very responsive and were always available to help with any issues in the chain and went far above what is expected from an estate agent. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Grant was breath of fresh air. He actually knew the house well, knew about the work that the owner had done and all of the relevant interesting bits that wouldn't necessarily have been obvious in an initial viewing. He is really personable and helpful but not at all pushy. Essentially, just want you would hope for in a person selling your home or helping you find one. Highly recommend.

Grant is the pinnacle of estate agents.  I agreed the selling price the property was to be initially marketed at with Grant, and was happy with the commission percentage too, favourably comparable to some other high end estate agents. Grant had promised that he had a wide network with which to bring in potential buyers and indeed he brought in viewings of people located all over the country, including London.

Within the first few weeks there were multiple viewings a week for what is a high value ‘niche’ property. This was also during a time of year that one would think the market would slow down, after the summer, beginning the run up to Christmas. Very soon an offer came in that was very close to the asking price, which I accepted.

Then things slowed down, largely due to complications that were outside of Grant’s control. However with tenacity, tact and diplomacy Grant worked tirelessly to get the sale over the line. It can’t have been the easiest sale they’ve ever had, but Grant was there at every step to push the sale forwards, never losing enthusiasm despite testing difficulties. He’s born for this job. Sensible, calm, personable, driven.
