The steps taken when selling your property:

Step 1

Attend your property at a convenient time for you, with the modern busy world we live in, we like to offer the flexibility of a time that will suit you, this may be before or after work.

Step 2

We shall explain the condition of the current market and where we feel your property sits within this market.

Step 3

We shall suggest, what we feel, is the best marketing strategy and invite you to discuss your thoughts.

Step 4

At the point of being happy to proceed, we shall provide electronic terms of business (Which? standardised estate agent contract) and either conduct photographs and a floorplan on the spot or arrange a suitable time to visit again.

Step 5

The property shall then be sent for your approval, to then be made live with immediate effect, using the latest technology means this process should usually be within twenty four hours or sooner if required.

Step 6

Following going live, you shall be given a ‘property file’ login. From here you can:

  • track your properties marketing progress, including portal statistics
  • track past or future viewings, along with buyer feedback
  • track the sale progress

Step 7

All the while we shall be on hand, to talk you through as much, or as little, as you require.
